E-tickets are an easy and convenient way to travel without the need for a paper ticket. When you buy an e-ticket the information is stored in our computer system under a reservation code. When you check in for your flight you simply tell the agent your reservation code and present your passport and the same credit card you used to buy your tickets.

With e-tickets you can fly without worrying about paper tickets. You save time and avoid the risk of your tickets being lost or stolen.

Where can I buy e-tickets?

E-tikets are available at TACA.COM, TACA Call Centers & TACA Centers. For more information or to find the TACA office nearest to you, select your country from the drop down below and click search.

How do I use my e-ticket?

Simply present the following when you check in for your flight

• Your passport
• Your reservation confirmation code
• The SAME credit card that you used to make your reservations (you will need to sign a credit card voucher in order to receive your boarding pass)
