You can request you refund online if you bought your e-ticket with a credit or debit card up to one year ago.
All refunds are credited to the same credit or debit card that you used to make your purchase. If the card has expired you must request the refund at your nearest TACA Service Center.
The refund applies according to the conditions and restrictions of the purchased fare. Some taxes may not be refundable and a service charge, deductible from the refund amount, may apply.
