Baggage tracer

If your baggage does not arrive on your flight or there are any irregularities, please report it as soon as possible directly to our office before leaving the airport. To do this you should complete the Property Irregularity Report form (PIR) found in the Air Terminal Baggage offices (the Baggage Office is generally in the same hall as baggage claim).

However, the Traveler has a reasonable time after the date of the flight to formally present the complaint to the Baggage Office of the corresponding airport, or to the Customer Relations Department.
