TICKET TYPE:

     

There are two ticket types: refundable and exchangeable.
Refundable tickets allow complete refunds on routes that have not been flown without any penalty charge. Except from Venezuela where the following charges apply: To USA or Canada: USD175; To  Central or South America: USD100.
Exchangeable tickets can be swapped for trips in the future, if you have not already started your journey. Additional charges may apply on this type of ticket.

Both ticket types are valid for 1 year after purchase. In cases where a ticket exists which due to the combination of fare types meet the conditions for both types, the changeable ticket conditions will apply. Back

If you are a LifeMiles member, our frequent flyer program, this is the amount of miles you will accrue on your trip.
