The passenger must present at the counter of the transport company, according to the flight ticket.

For example, in case the passenger is traveling from Lima to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, using TACA’s codeshare flight with TAM, between Sao Paulo and Rio de Janerio, he/she must present to TACA’s counter at Lima to do the check in. The passenger will be checked by TACA all through to his/her final destination. This flight is operated by TACA and marketed by TAM.

In cases where the transport company is not present, the passenger must show up in the airport counter of the operating company.
