To obtain your reward tickets for traveling to TACA's
destinations, you have 3 options:
If your Taca’s ticket redemption involves any of
these special transactions:
Transfer Miles to
another account
Purchase
of miles
We suggest you to choose, TACA Center or TACA.COM as your redemption channel,
to make any of these transactions and obtain your award ticket in the
same channel.
For reward tickets to Air partner´s destinations:
Call our TACA
Call Center to make your reservation, and visit your nearest TACA
Center to exchange your miles.
Request for award tickets redemption
Administrative Fees apply for redeeming reward tickets
in TACA, AVIANCA, UNITED, IBERIA & TAM: $15USD for rewards tickets
redeemed 15 days prior to the flying date; $50USD for rewards tickets
redeemed between 15 and 6 days prior to the flying date; $75USD for reward
tickets redeemed 5 or less days, prior to the flying date. $15USD for
all TACA REGIONAL reward tickets redemption.
Notes & suggestions
- Book your award ticket(s) as many days in advance
as you can from your travel date. Remember seats are limited
- When making your reservations, remember to ask what
the last date is for issuance of your reward ticket.
- Redeem your ticket at least 16 days before departure
to pay only the minimum service charge required (15USD)
- To avoid delays we recommend that you confirm the
number of Miles in your account before requesting your travel reward.

- Notify the ticket agent if you plan to purchase Miles
or combine your Miles with those of other members in order to complete
the Miles that you will need for your travel reward.
- The number of Miles required to redeem a ticket may
vary depending on space availability and/or class
of service.
- It is not possible to combine different classes of
service on one ticket (i.e., economy and business class).
