If you would rather redeem your awards offline, please make sure to follow these next steps:

1. Choose the certificate/product of your preference and jot down its code.

2. Visit your nearest TACA Center to redeem the award you selected. Make sure to verify and confirm that your contact information is correct, and remember that there can be no deliveries to P.O. Box addresses.

3. In the case of a specific product, you will receive it in 30 working days or less.

If it is a certificate, just present it at the selected establishment as your form of payment.
