1. I’m quoted a higher airfare than the special offer.
This is usually due to one of two reasons:
a) Either the announced airfare does not apply on your selected travel dates (check the restrictions), or

b) There are no longer seats available (there may be space on other dates). Please for assistance.

2. I get an error message when I try to complete my booking.
Check to see that your Internet connection is working properly; if so, please for assistance.
