If there are any issues with your baggage, please notify us in our offices before leaving the airport by filling out the Baggage Irregularity Report (PIR in Spanish). If you've already left the airport you can notify us through our website, in person at the baggage office of the corresponding airport, or in our baggage call center.
Please note you have a reasonable time from the date you
completed your flight to present your formal claim.
